Alex followed her passion for people and received her Bachelors of Science degree from San Diego State University in Kinesiology in 2015, and later received her Masters of Occupational Therapy Degree from the University of St. Augustine in 2019. Alex has known she wanted to be an Occupational Therapist after learning about the benefits of rehabilitation with a variety of populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, inpatient, and outpatient. Once she realized that there was a type of therapy in which you could play with a purpose, she was hooked. In December of 2019, Alex received her training in the SOS Approach to Feeding in order to help kids and their families with meal times. Outside of working, Alex enjoys camping, hiking, traveling, and being with friends and family.
